We commissioned a script and wound up with 110 pages of dialogue that totally failed to capture the rawness, the pain, and the drama of Stephen Smith's life.

Undaunted, we partnered Stephen with a team of top writers who have produced a screenplay already being acclaimed in Hollywood as Oscar-winning material good enough to attract the right stars, assuring the the Addict film will surpass the success of the Addict book with more than 1.2 million copies sold worldwide.

Andy Serkis, following lead roles in The Lord of The Rings and the new King Kong has agreed to make his directing debut with the Addict film, subject to final contractual agreements between all parties. Casting is soon to begin.

The long awaited film of the most explosive true story every told will be shot in the summer of 2006 for worldwide release soon after.
